 Research presented at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium in San Antonio on December 15th showed that the synthetic cannabinoid, Naboline, improved pain, nausea, anxiety, appetite and depression in cancer patients. Between May 2005 and June 2006, 139 patients participated in a palliative medicine program and Nabilone, which is very similar to THC, was prescribed to 82 patients. |

They just can’t leave it alone. On Tuesday the San Diego County Supervisors voted to appeal a recent judicial ruling that threw out their lawsuit seeking to overturn California’s medical marijuana law. According to this article, not only do the Supervisors claim that federal law is “supreme”, but they also accuse the medical marijuana act of promoting drug abuse. |
